The Library is a children’s film that offers a wonderful opportunity to learn while being caught up in the action of a true adventure. Produced on 16mm film, this award-winning short was one of the first low/no budget productions undertaken by Beanfilms. At a running time of less than 25 minutes, The Library also served as a perfect pilot for a proposed television series. The television series concept is currently being submitted to various networks and studios by the Fresh Faces Agency, located in New York. In addition, a short segment of the film was entered into Miramax’s Project Greenlight. This resulted in Jeff Corpening, the film’s director, being ranked among the Top 250 directors in that year’s competition.
